Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery of orders will be done only in the locations mentioned on the site.
2. Delivery date should be chosen as per the available country wise/product wise dates in the website. Orders should preferably be placed well in advance of the delivery date. For SOS deliveries, please contact us for possibilities.
3. For countries like UAE, no delivery is possible on Friday.
4. On Sunday's and other Holidays delivery can’t be possible except in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. For SOS deliveries, please contact us for possibilities.
5. Correct ZIP Code and correct phone number of the recipient is necessary to ensure smooth execution of the order. We shall not be responsible for failure of delivery due to wrong information provided while placing the order.
6. We believe in providing our customer the best quality. To maintain the freshness, flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and are mostly hand delivered. Thus in all such cases exact design and look and feel is difficult to maintain and may change without notice. In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to change basket/vase etc. in all cases without notice.
7. For any combo order, if one item is delivered and another is not delivered, only part refund for the item not delivered can be done. In this situation, any Cancellation of the full order will not be entertained under any circumstances.
8. Any extra custom or other charges/duties levied by the government of recipient's country will have to be borne by the recipient/customer itself, in case of any international delivery sent through courier, any and we shall not be liable for the same.
9. Redelivery will not be possible to any other address. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible. For re-delivery with extra delivery charge, please contact us. Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases :
i. Delivery not done due to wrong address
ii. Recipient refused the products.
iii. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
iv. Recipient is not available
v. Wrong Phone no / Cell no / door no. / No reply / not connecting / not reachable hence delivery is not done.
vi. Premises is Locked
10. All Images displayed on site are indicative only. Although we try to deliver as per the image shown to the maximum possible extent, however, designs may vary & are subject to availability of flowers / consumables on any particular day. In such cases - We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of ordered items and no refund/ re-delivery claim will be entertained.
11. Change in instructions cannot be entertained on the date of delivery unless acknowledged and confirmed in writing by our customer support team.
12 We are not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer’s account and password. Customers will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts and passwords. We also do not sell products for purchase by children. We may sell children’s products but to be purchased by adults.
13 No complaint will be entertained for any order after 2 (Two) days from the date of delivery of the order in case of perishable items.
14 Hampersnationwide.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion without assigning any reason thereof.
15 In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it at least 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing & handling expenses.
16 Deliveries are subjected to approval and confirmation of customer’s credit card. In case customer fails to pay for a delivery duly made, the payment may be taken from the recipient after due notice to customer. Any attempted or failed delivery due to wrong address may be charged.
17 Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown separately due to technical restrictions and are taken to be understood.
18 All items purchased from Hampersnationwide.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier /network florist.
19 If Order is delayed due to Late Credit Card processing or any extra ordinary circumstances, it may be delivered at next available date with a notice to customer but without getting customer’s specific consent in this regard.
20 Hampersnationwide.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases Hampersnationwide.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.

b. The customer promises that the information provided to Right Florist is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

DELIVARY TIME

In case of any order delayed due to Late Credit Card Processing or any extraordinary circumstances, it may be delivered at the next available date with a notice to you but without getting your specific confirmation to this effect.

REFUND POLICY

1. Refund is possible under the following circumstances:
a) Order is cancelled upon request - For cancellation of the order, please write to us using the Contact us Page .In all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card & general processing expenses.
b) Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage - In case any area is out of our specified city list or in case any area is not accessible for any reason beyond our control.
c) Non Delivery of flower/gift - If the customer has ordered the flower/gift types and the order at that particular moment and cannot be fulfilled within the specified time, the customer will be informed and will be given 100% refund.
d) We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of items or the item was damaged due to mishandling by our delivery staff. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
e) Hampersnationwide.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases Hampersnationwide.com shall refund the amount paid by customer in full.
2. Refund Process:
Refund will be carried out within 15 days once one of the above mentioned criteria is met. Once the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification via email. Pls make note of this refund notification for checking against your monthly credit card bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Your order of Flowers/Gifts can be substituted with a different type of flower/gift or color depending on availability. The basket or the vase may also be changed depending upon availability. The design or presentation may also be changed. It may not always be possible to take prior approval of customer due to time constraints and we are not bound by the same. However, the standard of professionalism, the quality and the value of the gift will always be maintained.

1. First & Foremost as your Credit Card is being processed by a Third Party Merchant Moneybookers which is VeriSign Secured; we do not get any information about your Credit Cards. Further when you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order. This will be used only for the service you have sought and would not be under any circumstances passed on for any other commercial purpose.
2. When you place orders it is through a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input including your credit card number, before it is sent to us. This makes it unreadable as it travels across the Internet. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
